Static purchase and withdrawal

The official website has been statically revised. You can use the IP balance of the purchased region after withdrawing it from the personal center, and support IP segment selection.

Purchase tutorial

1. Enter the personal center and click [ISP Proxy]--[Purchase Plan] in the sidebar

1. Select the type (static residential proxy, static native proxy)

1. Select the IP region to purchase and select the purchase quantity (global regions can exchange IPs of all countries of the same type in the personal center)

1. Select the number of days to purchase (7 days, 30 days)

1. Click the purchase button and select the payment method to pay

Withdrawal tutorial

1. After the purchase is completed, click [ISP Proxy]--[Withdraw] in the sidebar

1. Withdrawal page content display

(1) The total amount of static IP balance that has not been withdrawn in the current account

(2) The list of purchased IPs in each region, which is also the region switching list of the extraction page. Select the region to be extracted

(3) If you are not satisfied with the IP of a region or want to change the balance of other regions, you can click the "Apply for Change" button to change

(4) In the extraction list, select the IP to be extracted and click the "Extract" button to extract. You can view the IP segment.

1. Click the 'Apply for Change' button to change the regional balance

(1) Select the change duration

(2) Select the region where you want to change the balance

(3) Select the region after the change

(4) Enter the balance amount to be changed

(5) Click the 'Submit' button to complete the change

1. Click [ISP Proxy]--[IP Management] in the sidebar to view the extracted IP

1. [Change IP] You can change the IP for free once within 10 minutes after extraction

(1) Select the reason for the change

(2) Select the IP to be changed, and click [Change IP] to change it immediately
