To prevent server abuse and unidentified activity, some websites are restricted on our proxy network. Certain target websites can be requested for unblocking upon the completion of a simple identity verification.

Restricted categories include, but are not limited to:

• Entertainment & Streaming: Netflix, Spotify, Twitch

• Banking & Financial Institutions: PayPal, Stripe, Alipay, BitPay

• Government Websites: usa.gov, gov.ru

• Gaming: Playstation, Steam

• Ticketing: Ticketmaster

• Email: Outlook

How to Request to Unblock a Website?

1. Complete Your Identity Verification Navigate to the [Account] page and follow the steps to complete the Personal or Enterprise Identity Verification process.

2. Locate the Unblocking Application Entry

• For Residential & Mobile Proxies: Go to [Proxy Settings > Use Proxy] and find the [Unblock Targets] section. Click "Apply" to begin your request.

• For ISP & Datacenter Proxies: The application entry is located on the [IP Management] page.

Note: Once your request is approved, the unblocking will apply to all of your active plans.

3. Submit Your Unblocking Request Enter the domain you wish to unblock and provide a detailed description of your request reason and business use case.
